About Us

The Hong Kong Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries was established in accordance with the reply from the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries to Recommendation No. 5843 of the First Session of the 14th National People's Congress on July 11, 2023 (Friendship Letter [2023] No. 108), and was registered as a charitable organization in Hong Kong with the approval of the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. The guiding unit of the Hong Kong Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries is the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (Friendship Letter [2024] No. 232).
